Lake Cauma

We realised a new control system at the beautiful and well-known Lake Cauma in Flims GR. The special challenge was that this system had to function in self-service mode. The system is monitored via fibre optics and industrial WLAN.

SIEMENS SIMATIC S7-1500

SIEMENS SIMATIC S7-1500, ET200SP – This PLC enables us to realise a wide range of functions. From a precise hanger offset to precise emergency stop detection, where every emergency stop can be read in. It is also possible to expand the PLC control system at a later date.

Eisten aerial tramway

We were able to realise a new control system in Eisten VS. Communication between the stations takes place via fibre optics and the vehicle communicates via the haul rope.

Lumino aerial tramway

We realised a control system as a retrofit in the beautiful Lumino TI. The old control cabinets were to remain in place. We installed all the components in the cabinets on site.

Afyon gondola lift, Turkey

We developed a control system for a detachable system for a new gondola lift in Afyon, Turkey. For us, Tscharner Seilbahnsteuerungen AG, this was a challenge due to the scope of the development. Our new visualisation and our know-how are being used.

However, we are still waiting for the construction of the facility to be completed.

SIMATIC S7-1200SPS

SIMATIC S7-1200PLC – This PLC has a simpler design. It also fulfils all safety requirements. However, the inputs of the PLC are limited. Subsequent expansion is not possible. The bracket offset is also possible, but the bracket offset is not as precise. Emergency stops can only be combined in groups.
